SUPER TRAIL MIX

Keep hunger pains at bay by mixing up my protein packed trail mix and keeping a jar at work!!

I also like to keep a stash in my bag as my go to snack when I am out and about.

What you will need:

½ cup raw almonds

½ cup raw Brazil nuts

½ cup macadamia nuts

½ cup raw walnuts

¼ cup pepita’s (pumpkin seeds)

¼ cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup coconut chips

¼ cup cacao crunch (cacao nibs)

What to do:

AKES 3 CUPS

Mix together above ingredients and store in an airtight container.

Enjoy ¼ cup as a morning or afternoon snack.
