BACON AND EGG CUPS

This recipe is so easy and are a great way to feed a crowd for breakfast or to have on hand for mornings when you are in a rush. I also like to have them as a snack as they're super filling and very satisfying.

  What you need:   6 rashers of bacon (I like to use streaky bacon)  6 eggs  Chives, snipped  Salt and Pepper   What to do:   Preheat oven to 180ยฐ C  Partially cook the bacon by frying on each side for a couple of minutes in a pan. Remove from pan and dry on paper towels  Using a greased muffin tray (or non stick silicon tray), line the inside of each hole with a piece of bacon  Gently crack an egg into each hole  Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives  Place in oven for 20 mins or until the egg is cooked  ENJOY! S x
