Freeze some bananas now so you can make this little gem ASAP!

What you will need:

2 frozen bananas, cut into pieces (size depending on how powerful your blender/whiz stick is)

1 tbsp 100% peanut butter

1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

What to do:

Serves 2

Whip banana in a blender or with a whiz stick until it’s smooth and creamy

Add peanut butter and cacao nibs and stir thoroughly

Enjoy straight away or pop back into the freezer if you like your ice cream extra frozen.
